What Is Up With Frambreakers?

I'm sure all you PTCers out there have been frustrated by a framebreaker or two. Just when you've got a nice click rhythm going on -- BAM! -- a framebreaker, and you don't get paid! What I'd like to know is: why do they do it? You're going to see their site either way, and losing the money I should have got for clicking sure as heck doesn't make me want to check out their site more, even if it looks interesting. I can still click on and visit their site with the frame, so are they just doing it out of spite, so we don't get our half a penny or whatever? Can someone enlighten me?
