Hi friends
I am new here,i am china,
i start to visit English sites and communicate with people from all over the world recently!
and i want to known ,what is the best way for us to communicate !
i our contry ,we communicate with a software called QQ ,
it's quite popular! but i do not like it ,because it's very boring,there are to many ads for you and quite slow!
now i known some way for people from all over the world to communicate
like yahoo mail ,
and what do you think is good like yahoo
if you known more ,please kindly share
by the way ,i think mylot ,is also a very good way for us to communicate

It depends on who you communicate with. Email is one way to reach the other side of the globe. It's cheap, fast and equally effective. Otherwise, a forum of the social networking site like this is also meaningful for people from all over the world to communicate in. Discussions like this do allow mutual understanding and appreciation of each other's cultures and ways of doing things.

I am a Chinese too. I also like to communicate with people from all over the world. Just as you said, the software of QQ is very limited to communicate in our country. We need more platforms to communicate with the others. Maybe you can use msn, email or some website like mylot to have a try. Good luck!

i think skype is the best tool to communicate with our friends and love ones who
are far from us. You can talk and see them on a webcam, i also love ovoo its much
faster than skype. Thanks for the invention of this kindof technologies they make
the communications easier unlike before that you need to make a letter for someone
then mail on the post office and takes a week or two before they can read it and
wait for their response..

Well...there are so many way to "talk" with people from entire world...like messenger,skype,gmail chat and so on.The most important thing is as people with you want to talk use same instant chat like you lol!

There are so many tools/applications here in internet for you to use. :) You've mentioned it already, yahoo messenger. Y!M is used by many users. Try also using social-networking sites like Facebook & Myspace. Those will help you a lot to communication with your loved ones. Another messenger is Skype, which is like Yahoo Messenger, but I don't use Skype. :D Based from what others are saying, Skype is better than Yahoo, since it has more features than Yahoo does. :)
