will the commonwealth games held in delhi be successfull

As we all know the common wealth games are held in india ..
what do you think will india able to retain it respect or the organisers will bring shame to the country...
what measures should be taken so that the games goes off well ... ?

In England the news is going on about it all the time. I think an event on this scale can make or break a country.
I think the games should be held backa couple of weeks to finish everything because its not fair for the athletes to sleep in some of the conditions we have been shown on the news over here.
What do you think they should do?

Well that is why everything has been foiled. We should've considered guests as humans and make arrangements accordingly.

Hello,
Most of the things that they are showing on television are pictures taken while the village was in construction. The newspapers are printing those same pictures again and again. This will surely go on for couple more days. There was mismanagement, no doubt. There was corruption to the highest level possible. I've published an article recently http://www.bukisa.com/articles/359742_common-wealth-games-2010-a-few-good-signs-yet-to-be-considered about commonwealth games, the few positive things that we can derive from it all. The game will surely go off well. But many players have already pulled off from it in anticipation. I think we have so many lessons to learn from it. Thanks.
