Okay, here's the thing... Me trying to surprise someone? Not so great at keeping it a secret, I will give them tiny hints to keep them anticipated with what it might be for them but they do not know exactly what it is. I try to be very vague about what I'm trying to surprise them with as possible without giving too much of it away since they do admit to themselves with being quite oblivious to my hints when I told them that I told them I already gave them a hint. xD Hopefully my secret surprise plan shall go into order for what lies ahead.
I guess I'm not so good at surprising people since nobody has ever surprised me with anything that would ever blow me away since my mom's not so good at keeping secrets so as a kid I never experienced that kind of stuff from her or anyone. How can something be a surprise when it's expected (not reguarding to my surprise, but a different kind of surprise)?
NOTE: I cannot explain what my surprise is because the person I'm trying to surprise is on my friends list on myLot. xD
1. How do you keep surprises from someone without the obvious answer of "not telling them at all?"
2. What's the best surprise you surprised someone with?
3. What's the best surprise you've ever got and why?

I don't have much trouble keeping a secret, but I've only surprised the kids and they're easier to fool. I remember one Christmas my husband and I surprised them with a hand made swing set. We told them the frame was to pull car engines and they didn't pay any more attention to it. Christmas Eve, my husband went out and attached the swings and a glider. That was fun.
The biggest surprise I've ever had was a birthday party one time. We were gathering at my sister in law's for a prayer meeting and they surprised me with a cake and gifts for my birthday. It had never happened before and has never happened since!

One thing, I don't drop any hints. That way, it's a total surprise. I have a very close female friend. Nothing more than friends. (yes that can happen.) Every now and then, she would make a jokingly say Marty is going to buy me, and it would be somthing so outragious and expensive, it was a givem she was just kidding. But I thought one day she is going to say something that I can afford, I'm actually going to get it. Well, one day she said to her friend "Marty and my dad are going to buy me flowers for sweetest day. She owned her own hair salon. I sent her flowers with the note "happy sweetest day to the sweetest hairdresser in the world." She called me and said "they're beautiful." I suppose the biggest surprise for me was a TV for my bedroom. I wanted a TV for my bedroom, so I decided to rent one. My mom was very upset because she said you'll end up paying twice as much, so I returned it. Next Christmas, the whole family decided to pitch in and buy the exact TV that I had rented.
