I refuse to cry

I was having a good day. I knew It'll be a busy one but my boss will be out in the morning for 2 meetings and that really cheered me up. My boss is a shouter and I'm quite used to his loud and obnoxious voice. Sometimes I even get to raise my eyebrows and laugh at him when he shouts at me and I later prove him wrong.
A few minutes after he left for his meeting, the secretary of the General manager ( who feels like she is also one of the managers) came down from her office to shout at me. She said there was an email I wrote in July that also concerned her boss so she should have been copied in the email.
I couldnt recall that email but I said Sorry and didnt say anything else.
My issue is, there wasn't any need to shout. I would have gotten the message without her shouting at me in front of everybody else.It was really embarassing and I felt like crying. But I wouldn't cry. She is not worth my tears.
Who the F--- is she? She's not even my boss

that is a great idea. you will be amazed at home much less your job annoys you when you are pursuing your own goals! what kind of business are you starting.

You are a strongest girl I have met, may be all the world of managers are like this, they have privileges to shout at employee, but we can do nothing for her only endure them, we are work for them just for the small little money, some time I think how can i get rid of of this gripe out of them's control, do your think that day will come or will never come, may be this is my fate even though we try our best the same can't live the life our want, I make the hard money out of home just hope someday back my hometown bring some gains to my family, let them happy.
But I'm far from strong. Only stubborn I guess.
I have worked for 6 years now and my previous managers didnt yell. I dont know why but some people view professionalism differently.@TwoLoversLiving (52)

I cannot speak for China, but I would like to think that you do not have to accept poor treatment at work. You may not be able to change the your employers behavior nor may you be in a current financial position to change jobs; but what you can do is become more self reliant and inspire your community to do the same, thus lessening your dependency on money all together.

Some people not knowing how to manage their staff ,think that shouting is the best way of managing staff. They shout and therebye show their weakness, though their aim is to hide it.
Being a subordinate stafff one has to put up with such unworthy higher ups. It is better to laugh at their frailities inside yourself while suffering them. Remember they may be also under pressure from their higher up and being shouted at which they are only transferring to their subodinates. Once you are in their position, you may start shouting at your subordinates too.

I will only start shouting if I get to employ her. I wouldnt treat my employees the way they are treated in this office.
One thing that irritates me about her shouting is, I am not really her subordinate. Her only subordinates are the office boys who clean the office and make tea. She is only a secretary. It just so happened that she is the General Managers secretary and I dont know what magic she has but he influences the old man big time. That's the only reason why people here do not drag her out of the office to let her dry out in the sun
