How Can I Make .HTML files into a Website?

Hi. Welcome to MyLot! I think building your own website is very complicated not unless your the computer savvy type and know a lot of HTML codes, commands and stuff. But there are sites out there that are pre-made and all you have to do is customize it. It just like having a DIY (Do It Yourself) project. Like for blog sites, if you might wanna put up your own blog, you can go register with Blogger or Wordpress. hello dear, i think that you even dont know how website works. first of all if you wannt a website name then you should register a website name, it will cost around $10 and it will be yours for one year only. and then if you want to make it to open anywhere when you should host it on some webhosting server. they are the computer with hardisk and cpu and they are also always connected to internet. so they can be opened from everywhere in the world. some websites like 50webs are providing free webhosting server but they have some limitation like limited bandwidth, limit hard disk speed and limited languages supported. after you are done with website hosting then you can upload your .html file on your website by using your the cpanel which is provided during webhosting. the homepage of a website should be named with "index" like in your case the file name will be index.html if you are interested in making websites then just for experience go to 50webs, create a free account and register a free website. actually the free website will be a sub domain, it will be like www.yourname.50webs.com so go and experience it. i hope i helped you, for further queries feel free to ask me. all the best.

well you could check for a webhosting site to upload your html files. after you uploaded or before rename it to the specified name of that website. it is usually index.html or home.html
