Apparently a man has been found dead at the bottom off cliffs in the UK with his Segway near by.. Its unsure what happened yet, but it has rised concern over the law and Segways Do you think people should have a licence and insurance for such a device or do you think that small personal transports shoulkd be free for anyone to use?
