stressed with law school

with all things to be done in school, i fell like i cannot stand any longer. i need to unwind and relax but without leaving the city and leaving the four corners of our home. Can anybody help me how to relax and divert my eating disorder. As of the moment my way of distressing myself is to eat and eat and now i'm gaining a lot of weight and i need to stop. What other alternative can i do aside from eating?

Hello Lovelyaissa! And congradulation on your first dicussion! When i want to relax and avoid eating i read a very exiting book that will make forget about food, water, and even making me mad because i have to stop readding to go to the ladies room!

One way to divert yourself is through exercise.. Do some running outside, It can be done during early in the morning or at night..after work, probably you can spare some time for that..^_^ Or you can attend some sports events, like badminton, billiards or swimming its great for creating a great body figure..
