How much do trophy's cost to make?

We are in this adult soccer league and they pass out these huge trophy's at the end of each season. The league fees are relatively cheap so I'm just wondering how they afford such big trophy's, they must be cheaper than they look.

These trophies are not as expensive as you might think. It depends on the material they're made of, of course, but a generic trophy of about 6 inches height costs about 3 dollars.
If your league has a sponsor, guess they are more than happy to pay for a trophy, that's the least they can do.
When a trophy is truly expensive, the team that won it is generally requested to bring it back at the beginning of the next season.
