someone had grabbed my kids' shoes just today, our fence is not that high so our things at the yard were lost. i saw some kids getting things from our neighbors and i had reported the incident already to the barangay police but still their action is so slow so i decided to have guard dogs at home.

You can get a dog to guard your home but it may cost a lot and you have to care for dogs.. For me, I am not a dog person but it's up to you :) In my household, we have security cameras.

i wish i had cameras at home. it's costly to have them here and it's part of my plan too next year. i really have to save up for them since there are lots of house burglars in our place. i am planning to visit the vet when i have my new puppies already. you're right i should be a responsible pet owner.

Please don't get a dog just to guard your yard. Dogs are loving creatures that will trust you and love you with everything they got, and if you leave them out in your yard all day and night, it will break his heart. Also, you will also have to invest time and money aside from love in your companion. Please be sure that you will be responsible and willing to spend money should anything happen to your dog. It breaks my heart to see or hear about dogs left in yards who aren't taken care of.

Then you must go for a guard dog. German Shepherds and Rottweiler both stands very good here.
Doberman also Competes GSD.
Well! as far as my opinion is concerned I will prefer German Shepherd Dogs to guard home. Their look scares anybody. Never choose a Labrador or Great dane. They are very much human friendly and it will not be much difficult for the Robers to manage the dog.

My advice, don't choose a dog to guard your house because the cost of dog food and care it very expensive. Moreover, pet dog, although benign, sometimes can attack you.
My advice, better to choose the geese to became guard your home because geese are more sensitive when there are foreigners who entered the house

my sole purpose is to have dogs as guards since im out of the house everyday.at least they can't penetrate too well inside my grounds if there are dogs.
