I've only heard about things like this but during this past week I was actually witness to this really strange incident. I've only heard about people spazzing and freaking out because they couldn't go online but I never took it too seriously and thought they were exaggerating. But I actually got to see this phenomenon firsthand a few days ago when my two siblings started acting strange. The internet at our house went down for a few days but I didn't really pay much attention to it because I was busy with school and work to bother. My siblings on the other hand, acted like it was the end of the world or something. They were short-tempered and easily frustrated. In short, they were being major pains. I was really shocked and amazed by their extreme behavior over this little thing. It was kind of scary too. Anyways, thought I'd share this with everyone. And has anyone else witnessed something like this or even experienced it themselves? Is it a sign that they need some kind of help because I don't think this kind of behavior is healthy at all.

i used to be like that before, like my day is not complete without internet and i really feel irritated if i dont have connection. but the only person that stop me of not to go online is my baby, i just felt that im too tired to go online even in just for an hour as i will rather sleep if my baby is asleep so i can play with her once shes awake..

That's really good for you. I'm glad that you have your priorities straight since your baby is way more important then spending hours on the net. But then again, you do have your hand full. I don't have a baby but spending just one day with my baby niece is enough to tire me out.

Haha....I guess that will happen to many people who used to suffer on internet. You know when people cultivated their habits, it’s hard to change, as far as I am concerned habits makes our lives.it is able to be changed but not a easy task. That's why I understand the feeling of your siblings.

I know what you mean. It's gotten to the point where most people live and breathe the internet. I'm just glad that I'm not that far gone, at least I don't think I am. I can still live without the net, it's hard but doable.

Aha! i can relate to this. my brother loves online games and thus he is connected to the internet almost 18 hours a day! and whenever the line is cut, he would be acting all weird, acting angry at something, someone and would blow at anyone who seems to be in his "way" only because of an internet!!

Haha...I know how that is. My brother is obsessed with that World of Warcraft game and he was constantly harping about how he needed to "raid" and whatever the whole time we didn't have the internet. I flat out told him that not being able to play the game for a few days wouldn't kill him. But his reaction was seriously funny, he was practically whining.
