Which Would You Be More Likely To Admit To?

that you went to rehab or a loony bin? sadly i think in this society admitting to going to rehab may be taken better from people than admitting that you were in a mental hospital which is sad!! i mean one is for an addiction you have and the other is something you cant help and yet its easier to say that your flawed and have an addiction than something be wrong with you..
do you feel that one would be easier to admit than the other? imagine that you had been to one of the two and which one would you be more comfortable hypothetically in admitting you went to? would you lie and say one over another? would one feel easier to tell people? do you feel one is more shameful?
NOTE. i dont think either is shameful. i am just basing this discussion on how some people may view the situation

i would not be ashamed of either,we all have problems in our life, these problems are there to test and teach us for the future,i've been on anti depressent medication for years, and if i don't take them i go a bit loopy,i'm not ashamed to admit that, and nor should anyone else be

i dont have a problem admitting im bipolar etc but i would hate to admit to either (rehab or loony bin) but i think id feel like i seemed to have more control over myself to others if i said rehab instead of loony bin
