Addicted in Computer GAMES?

Why lots of young people, kids, and professionals of today are so addicted in computer games? What will be the best advise for them not to be so addicted in this games?

i think it is not a bad habit, and theres nothing wrong in playing games.

yes there is nothing wrong in playing games but the worst part of it is every player put his entire day just playing computer games. Some does not have time for themselves because thier time is foccused only in computers....
