Do you drink Decaf Coffee?

People who are advised to avoid caffeine because of some medical reasons like hypertension are not aware that almost all brands of decaffeinated coffee still contain a minimum amount of caffeine. This could be a concern for people who are advised to cut their caffeine intake. As I was advised to avoid caffeine, I can't drink soda, tea, chocolate and now even decaf coffee. I can't drink nothing... lol... I really love decaf coffee and ice tea and green tea. Now, I guess water is good.

I don't really drink coffee on a regular basis. However, when I do drink coffee, it is definitely not decaffinated coffee. I need my caffeine and though I know that it is not really good for me, but it is something that I've consumed for so long that I just don't even feel right if I don't consume at least a soda in the morning when I wake up. That said, I've also tried to drink a lot more water than I used to drink.

I am a coffee drinker, drinking 4 or 5 cups a day, starting from breakfast time. I keep a pot of coffee in my office too. Knowing that drinking strong coffee is not good for health, I have recently switched to decaffeinated coffee. I take that with lots of milk too, to make it even weaker.

Although I don't need to look after the daily amount of caffeine I consume, my body is quite sensitive to drinks containing such element. I feel excited and overactive if I drink tea, coffee, or even coke. I once had some jasmine tea in a Chinese restaurant, and the result was I couldn't fall into sleep until 2 in the morning! But how about herbal tea or fruit tea? Do they have caffeine as well? They may not taste as strong as traditional tea or coffee, but surely they add some taste in your drinks. Water is my best friend. Same here.

I only drink coffee half teaspoon a day; but it's not decaffeinated. I love to drink green and red tea but with soda, a great no, no.

yep they still contain a little bit of caffeine (little in a sense that when compared to the amounts of caffeine in regular coffee, this has significantly lower content of caffeine) . i drink decaf coffee as an alternative to regular coffee... it doesn't give me hyper acidity attacks or acid reflux attacks as much as, or as bad as, regular coffee does....
