One of my favorite book is Toxin by Robin Cook. Why? Well it's because while I was reading that book, it's as if I was one of the characters. I can feel the pain of the main character, the father of the patient who's one of the best heart surgeon in their place.
The young girl was infected with e-coli because of accidentally eating raw meat from her burger. It was too late for the doctors to save her life because of different complications.
I really felt bad after reading the book, it's as if I know the little girl personally.
How about you mylotters, what's tour favorite book and why?

Haven't read one of Robin's books lately but they can be creepy because it all seems so plausible. Maybe I'll head for the C section at the library the next time I go there. I'm not sure if I have a favorite book. I do love the Xanth series by Piers Anthony. I would really love to go to Xanth and escape dreary Mundania. Also it would be really cool being able to get things like shoes off a tree although I'd have to avoid Tangle Trees.
