What do you usually eat for breakfast?

I remember growing up with big breakfast consisting of fried eggs, rice and some meat or fish everyday. My grandma would fry the eggs up to a crisp but with the yolk still runny. I never got tired of it, in fact breakfast was not complete without my gran's fried eggs. For some reasons even though being fed with what is considered today as unhealthy breaky, I stayed slim and quite healthy. We were given also breakfast rolls called "pandesal", jam or greasy peanut butter, yes, with eggs on the side. LOL! When I became an adult, I can't eat much breakfast, sometimes just coffee is enough, or a toast with butter and jam or high fiber cereals. Once a week, I would give my family a treat of bacon and eggs, with the eggs cooked like how my grandma fried it. How about you, do you eat healthy breakfast?

I eat a hearty breakfast. More often it consist of fried rice and eggs. There are times it's bread. One thing I can't live without in breakfast is coffee.

My standard breakfast is orange juice, bacon and eggs, toast, and coffee. I like orange juice very much, and I am a coffee addict. I would have a mug of coffee. Of coures, in the weekends, I often go to restaurants for brunches, and enjoy really heavy brunch. Have a nice day !
