Foriegn Music vs. Local Music

I listen to all kinds of music as long as it's not loud like metal or rap and if it has lyrics, it will be lyrics I understand I also like instrumental, no lyrics, regardless foreign artists or not

I also like to listen to foreign music, no matter what language. For example, I like music from India, Bosnia etc. It sounds interesting how the singers sing so differently and use different singing techniques and the different sorts of instruments as well.

In whatever country we are in, we of course get used to the Music that we hear,The best way is to get broad in listening to different Music .In my case i listen to Music depending on my Mood..Thanks!

Hi marunsalem, It is nice of you to prefer foreign music to local ones. As it is rightly said you don't have to know the language to enjoy the music. When any cord of that music touches your inner feelings you immediately fall in love with it. As far as I am Concerned, I always preferred local Indian music. Western music some how never touched my inner feelings. I prefer devotional songs in Indian music early in the morning. About our Hindi cinema music I love old songs which are mostly based on Indian classical music. I don't prefer modern day songs which are based on western pop music.

Hello,marunsalem.I am a Chinese and I like Chinese song very much.Especially,the words of the song I can understand very well.For foreign songs,I like English songs better,maybe because my major of university is English and the teacher introduced many good songs for us.Anyway,I think the song can evoke strong chord with the one's heart is a good song.That's my opinion.
