Readbud...scam or legit?

I'm very interested in trying out readbud. You get paid to just to read and rate articles. I'm kinda hesitant though because I've read forums with members who have tried it out and until now no one had the chance to cash out their earnings. the thing is, you need at least $50 to cash out. They're claiming that when you are close to your quota, the articles don't come anymore. so, is readbud a legit site or not?

everyone says its a scam...the site's owner is from australia..so they sometimes pay australian members..anyways i'm trying this site..lets see may be just a 1 % that they might pay me..lets hope..it happens....i know i'm being optimistic about this site..but lets see what happens....

=) i would say you are very optimistic indeed. having to read all those other comments about readbud being a scam you'd still invest time on it. well, nothing to lose, right? in fact, i've read that some people really enjoyed reading the articles. happy reading and let me know please... =)

Even if I hear someone here gets paid I don't think I will still continue with Readbud. I have almost 40 dollars pending in my REadbud account but I stopped because of first hand information that this site does not really pay. This is site is now under investigation and I believe they will do some trick to continue fooling people. I don't think this kind of "too good to be true site" is not worthy of my time. One proof that they are just fooling people is that they are giving good numbers of articles to new users but later once they are nearing payout, the articles are almost not coming anymore so reaching the payout takes forever.

If you search the myLot toolbar it is flooded with discussions about how no one has ever been paid. I also searched the net and there are no payment proofs.
As I was a faithful member and stopped rating merely because so many members use to pm telling me of what a waste of time I was investing into the site. I would definitely like to see someone paid as I did enjoy this enjoy the site and found the articles to be very interesting. I felt like not only was I investing my time I was literally picking up additional knowledge.
I would love to see someone paid for their efforts.

Readbud is a scam and a not so reliable site. Trust me all your hardwork will be gone when you are near your 50 dollars goal

For me I think Readbud is Legit because people complain the amount articles they receive gets little low its because those people who complain are those people who don't read the articles but if you just read the articles you will have constant amount of it. well I'm almost at $47.21 and i receive 3 articles per day so IL just tell you if it is legit.

I've read a lot of feedback about readbud. Its said that once you are near for payout they wont give you anymore emails to be read. They told me its a scam because they haven't got their money earned in readbud.
