To get visitors to a blog, you have to keep it active and live and give information that people want to read. Since it is in a language I don't know, it is of no interest to me. Perhaps you should promote it in forums and sites which speak your language. Certainly it needs more articles and 'substance'. There are thousands of free articles available in English which you might translate (though you should make sure that you don't infringe copyright by doing so).
