Need to lose weight...

Can anyone give me any ideas of how to drop some pounds off fast? I have been doing the whole working out thing. Not as much as I would like but I will always manage to get at least an hour a day. I have dropped about 2 pounds, but that is it! I mean I can't fully complain because I have seen more muscle structure appear so I know I am gaining muscle but not losing weight. I watch what I eat, I drink one cup of coffee in the morning and the rest is all water. I know losing weight doesn't happen over night but I would like to see something happen to that scale since I have been at it for the past two weeks. I won't complain with muscle, but... am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions? What have mylotters done to see the scale go down?

If you are gaining muscle then it is working. Muscle will help you burn the fat eventually but it is a process that will take some time. You are in a good way don't worry. Sometimes the scale won't go down because you add muscle/burn fat the same time but your body is changing and you look thiner. You should follow the basic: 4-5 small meals per day, high amount of protein per meal, low amount of fat (around 4gr of fat per meal) avoid especially saturated fat , avoid processed-precooked food, choose fruits instead of sweets, choose honey instead of sugar, choose chicken instead of other meats, eat green salads and food that contain lot of fibers etc.

Thanks for the response. I will admit, I hate junk food, candy bars, chips, ice cream, etc. don't put the stuff in my mouth. My draw back is though I love my sugar in my coffee and my tea. Can't get away from it.

it is sooo hard for me also to loose weight. i guess self discipline esp in eating is the most effective way to loosing weight...

Ohh, I suggest to try Herbalife products. I'm using it for more than 10 years and its true product really works. Now im just maintaining my weight. I want to look good and prettier than before. Discipline is part of it but that is not just enough. All what i am doing is to drink the shake to go down your weight and look at me now. I also share this to my friends and same product result. It is just my opinion but if Herbalife product is good why not take an ordinary protein Whey supplement which is lot cheaper, has higher nutrition value, has more protein and amino acids which are essential to lose weight correctly, has no carbohydrates and less calories and still tastes better? Herbalife products are not the best choice and I hope the company will start actually do what they promise and also stop using this ridiculous MLM system to grab clients.

I should request you to take POSITRIM, a product of Amway and you will see the results within a month. My husband is taking it and benefited. I have not seen your profile, so don't know where you are from. But I am sure you will find an Amway business owner in your area and use it for a month.

Do you eat whole grains? That helped me alot. Also try intruval training rather than the long workouts. It getts you more "bang for your buck". I've also started eating 5 small meals a day to speed up my metabolism. That's what has been working for me so far. Just keep experimenting with different forms of excerise till you find one you really enjoy doing. If you are having fun you will find yourself seeing better results. I like belly dancing with the fit t.v. show "Shimmy". Best of luck to you.

hi,..;;' for me also i need to lose weight even though my weight is just enough for me,,..,, but ,, i think i am not contented to my weight,,, i don't like my shoulder because it is getting bigger and also my stomach,..,..

Hi I suggest to use Herbalife products. That's what im using for more than 10 years. And now im just maintaining my weight because i want to look good always. Especially facing a lot of people in the church, mall, seeing my friends and relatives. Yeah, discipline of what you are eating is a big impact but that would be not just enough. Exercise is the laziest thing for me to do. Eating is my hobby. Send me a private message to talk about it. I will teach you to lose more than what you can.

Eating healthy is the biggest part of it. Only eat fruits and vegetables, meat, and some nuts and seeds. Don't eat anything that comes from a package, or that has been processed. You will lose weight really fast like that.
