It's kinda tough standing beside a majestic beauty queen named Mayon Volcano. She gets all the attention and all want to take a picture of her. People don't seem to notice, but beside the Mayon Volcano is an equally breath-taking view of a mountain. That mountain beside Mayon Volcano is Mount Masaraga. For those who have been to Bicol, have you noticed this 'unknown' mountain at all?

I haven't noticed any mountains beside Mayon. You're right in your observation that mayon gets all the attention, but given her beauty it's a no contest. I myself is guilty of this. One of the things why i want to travel to bicol at day time is so that i can see mayon for even just a few minutes. It's really a pity that other beauties beside her don't get the attention they deserve but as long as Mayon is there i won't be looking somewhere else

I can't blame you for not noticing coz Mayon is indeed mesmerizing. But I hope you change your mind and give Mt Masaraga a chance :-)

That is very interesting. Perhaps now that you've talked about Mount Masaraga, she will receive attention, too. But Mount Mayon is the perfect cone! And she's very active!

So I hope when you get to visit Bicol, she'd get a picture from you too :-)

Nope, sad to say. In the first place, I haven't been to Bicol yet. But since you have shared this, definitely, when I get to visit Mayon, I'll look for Mount Masaraga as well.
