I make the plan ,but i am afraid i cant finish it

Last night ,my boss asked me to make the next month plan.without more careful thinking,i made the plan that i cant finish at prevent.My colleagues are angry with my plan.Now i dont know how to finish the plan and if it can be finished.when you are in my shoes,do you give up the plan?

You need and help from friends. I do not know actually what plan you are talking about. Be very descriptive in your discussion so we can respond. Now I do not know what you are talking. Generally I think you can seek help from collegues and experts and try to complete it. All the best.

Take a deep breath and relax for a while. Forget the pressure and think back what inspired you to make such plan in the first place. Now determine its viability, workability and its chances of getting accomplished. If it can still be achieved, find ways to improve your plan. Then determine its weaknesses and threats. Find means to answer probable and any possible problems. On the other hand, if your original plan appears to be an "impossible dream" then now is the time to revise or make amendments. If you have some staff you can gather them for some impromptu "brain storming"...that way you can incorporate relevant and applicable ideas that you might solicit from them. Make some revision of the plan, something easier so you could finish it.
