how can i decrease my weight? =(

im 20 yrs old residing in bulacan in the luzon part of philippines..my height is 5'4 and my weight is around 150 lbs..i badly wanted to lose weight easily but i dont know how..could you guys give me advices on how i can lose weight easily? huhuhu..i'd like to lose weight for just a couple of weeks..in 2 weeks time i think..please help me.. =(

the best way is to control the diet. Take breakfast the fresh vegetables like carrot,beetroot etc. Take lunch the fresh fruit juice 1liter(330ml+330ml+330ml) three times. Take dinner the hot roti made of grains. And finally do yoga. with in three weeks u can loose the 25% of your total weight

it seems good to drink hot water, citrus teas and juices or water at normal temperature - no cold drinks. When possible, we will skip eating and drink water instead. We seek to burn more calories than we ingest by eating less or by doing more physical activity. What do you think ?
