Which do you prefer, inbound or outbound call center agent?

I have only worked in one call center and it was inbound. I can not imagine how much an outbound job would make you misreable. Call center jobs - not matter how much commission you make - are not fun. I much prefer my office job.

i've been an outbound agent for over a year, and its so damn hard, everyday is a battle, but the fruits are very rewarding... the miserable thing..nah u'l get used to it.
