What are your bad habits and do you want to change?

I have lots of bad habits - I smoke - I pick my nose - I binge drink 2 or 3 times a month (definition of binge drinking is drink 5 or more alcoholic beverages in one day for the purpose of getting drunk) - I do not bit my nails but I know many people have this one - I procrastinate (I'm also just lazy and don't do much activity) - Sometimes I do chew (chewing tobacco) - I crack my ankles (you might crack knuckles this is what I do) - Maybe you twirl your hair (I don't really) - Maybe you gamble - Or maybe you are a compulsive shopper - I chew on things like my pens or when I wear a hoodie I chew on the strings or even the end of my sleeve. (I kind of wish to change this) - I also am an emotional eater (this is the only bad habit I would want to change) Other than the emotional eating I don't really wish to change my bad habits. There are tons more bad habits out there which ones do you have? And do you wish to change them?

I have a couple bad habits that I wish I could change. I constantly play with my hair. When I am writing or reading, I hold the pencil or book in my right hand and twirl my hair with my left. When I am watching tv with my husband, I twirl with my right hand so that I don't elbow him. I frequently find myself chewing my lower lip or inner cheek.

there's sometimes people often have bad habits and we ddn't know it how to change our mistakes especially i myself im always lying down to my parents and sometimes i realized that it is not good i promised to myself that i don't want to do this again but all are in vain promises are made to be broken, i can't reveal to them my secrets cause i don't want to be scold to my parents but now i realized that it wasn't good enough to maintain this habit....

I think I have many bad habits and the most annoying bad habits is that I am very soon get anger on someone. So now I want to change this habit. But I don’t know how can I change this habits and also I have habit of get up late in the morning. I think this is also a bad habit. So now these two habits I want to change.

I do pull my hair which do I think is itchy, i really wanted to stop it..While watching tv or especially after taking a bath i really really love to to this..grr. I'm trying to control it from the moment i caught my self already. I do also receive negative feedbacks from people seeing me doing this. Oh well i have some newly grown hairs and it looks bad :D.

I would say procrastination. I've been putting off things that I needed to do at a later time for as long as I remember. And then I end up cramming. The stress alone is not worth it. Also, I need to work on my tardiness. I needed to realize that it's not just my time that's important but being tardy is just being plain disrespectful of other people.

I have a lot of bad habits. I'm a careless, forgetful people, lazy people, people who can not say no, people who easily give up, people are easily influenced, and many more. I'd love to get rid of all my bad habits. But I never could.

I confess that I have a few bad habits that I really should work on changing. I used to party and drink a lot when I was in college, but now that I'm married and a mom I've changed my wild ways--lol. I do tend to be a procrastinator about some things that I'd rather not deal with. Let's see...I do have a bad habit of biting my nails when I get nervous; I've done that since I was a kid. And of course there is the fact that I smoke, but I don't know if I would call that a habit anymore. I'm just starting to realize that--for me, at least--it's become more of an addiction. It's one, however, that I'm not quite ready to give up. I know, I know... I have tried a few times, and I will quit eventually. Brittnee, you didn't mention if you were trying to give any of you "habits" up. Are you?

One bad thing i wish to change is "If i love someone then there would be no looking back for me on any other aspect" and "unfortunately the same holds when i hate someone".If you can get as what i mean to say.At times i get drunk completely when i'm a bit low...i see that i stay away from public places though. You are so bad girl .... as per your main post .great day.

Bad habits are things that most of us cannot get rid of, like biting of nails, chewing on a pencil, etc. If you really want to get rid of it, you should be committed to getting rid of it and it will boost your chances of success. Try getting a habit that is good for example reading articles or anything else that will not be a bad habit. This will help you get rid of your bad habit by giving you a new one and forgetting all about the bad habit that you have.

I have many bad habits but not really desperate to change them. But this bad habit of mine, one of all my bad habits, I really am desperate to change it which is, I like postponing my alarm time in the morning. When it rings and wakes me up, I will take the clock and extend the time to another 10 more minutes. I will do it like 4 to 5 times until I know that I'm really really going to be late to work if I do not wake up and get ready right that moment. I always end up not having breakfast every morning :(

well i am not really bad but i yell at people around me when i am working or trying to concentrate on my work and people come to me and ask stupid questions and even i had a bad habit of getting deviated i.e i start reading something and end up studying a different subject like getting started with optics i may end up studying organic chemistry

Hmm.. bad habits? I think being lazy hehe, and messy most of the times haha.. but im trying to change. ^^
