AHH! My face is breaking out and I can't stop picking it.

I am under a bit of money stress well more than a bit I literally am making myself sick to my stomache worrying about bills and having food in the house and essentials like toilet paper and things like that
and I don't know what to do I am trying to get a job and can't seem to and even if I do I can't drive it scares me to death long story short about that a car crash in my teens took away my want to drive EVER and even if I get a ride from my mom how can I afford the gaas to get there for a week or 2 before first pay day?
and right now we are running out of everything in the house the rent is do and the electric bill the interent too so I might not have internet much longer.
All of this is causing my face to break out really REALLY badand not just like a bunch of little bumps I have like 5 or 6 huge sits like the size of a dime on my face and I can't stop picking atthem because they look gross and I know that's just making them worse but I can't seem to stop.
Does anyone have some suggestions to help me just chill out for a bit and destress a little?

My skin gets worse too when I'm stressed. I like to try to get my mind off of things by talking to people and watching comedies etc. Also taking a bath works great. A hot bath with scents and a book perhaps. As for the zits, tea tree oil is great for them. It kills all the bacteria and they shrink right up.

well, i have problem about money too. headache if i'm thinking about money. dont know how to solve my problems too.

If i am stressed about anything that my skin complaint gets alot worse and it seems to irratate more than ever aswell.All i can say is that if i was you i would think of other ways to make a bit of money,like perhaps seeing if there are things that you do not need and that you can sell.Also if you can do gardening put a few notes in peoples doors and see if they want any work done,as sometimes this is a great earner.Other than that there is always the internet,they do say every little helps.
