what is mylot.leaderboard

I notice this at mylot but I could not hold my curiosity much longer. Lol! But could you tell me what the level means at leaderboard and what is leaderboard of mylot is. This is found at the bottom of the page when you respond I think to discussions. I tried to look it us at faq but could not find it under rewards or ratings. Or perhaps, i simply missed it. Thanks for your help.
