Neil proposed a marriage for Chloe and as what I have heard from his words he is full of promises that he will be A PERFECT HUSBAND! I mean WOW! Smells so good. Because for real as what I have observed men like Neil can be so great to express their love but too bad actions does not speaks louder most of the time. In case like this it ends up in horrible and miserable marriage life. I am not saying that men like him are all like that but admit the fact it happens for real. It is part of their sales talk to get the pretty woman that they want. Another thing for real I haven't know anybody who talks like this then their actions speaks louder.
