How to delete my own discussion that I have posted?

I been trying to delete some of the posts that I have posted. After trying hard, I am still do not know how to delete it. Some of the discussions that I have started were to personal. I wrote some of them without deep thinking. Help needed.

Hello and welcome to myLot. 
We are not able to directly delete messages, but you can use the report ! button and give your explanation as to wanting to get the discussion deleted. If they find that you want removed just because of preference they will not delete it. However if you find the discussion to inappropriate in any way they will then delete it. I dont think we can delete it..except when the admin erase it..lol well Im not really sure let me know if we can..:)
