GPTVille have problem

I want to earn money payout. I tried to click withheld but it had not chosen a method such paypal or alertpay. It look blank black. I don't know why it has been happening.

Hi Sjaswon.. may be their site down or something else... I think, better for you contact their CS and asking them about that but if they not response.... ohh it's ...???

maybe the admin is make a new one of payment method coz in internat alot of paymet method for free , maybe just maybe .
