Do you like to GIVE OR RECEIVE GIFTS to/from your love ones? / myLot

I do like to give gifts. It's one way of expressing your love to a person. What keeps me from doing it is the idea that maybe it won't be appreciated by the recipient. You have no way of knowing it for they will not tell to you for sure. And of course i do also like to receive gifts (i think everybody does). Are you a gift giver or a gift receiver? Do you openly expressed your dislike about the thing given? Please share.

I am more of a gift giver. I give gifts with or without occassion, as I love giving something to people I love, it's my way of sharing to them what I have.

that's also me. I like to give. My only problem is rejection. I'm afraid to give because i'm afraid of being rejected. I'm quite a sensitive person. Thanks for sharing.

It is rude to reject a gift when the person giving the gift to you is near you... whoever rejected a gift you gave shouldn't be given another gift in the future..

No because I have great friends and their gifts are aaaawesomeeeeeeee and we do it all the time giving and taking lots of gifts!! (you see how easily you can fake it) ;))

You're a good actor. lol. You must use it so that the giver will truly believe that you like what they gave you. I only believe that what i have given is appreciated if being used and seen by my two eyes. If not, then maybe it just given away or the saddest thing, just go to the waste basket. thanks for sharing.

I like exchanging gifts, especially on Christmas.. I love shopping for the Christmas. You get to buy cute stuff for your friends, relatives, family and loved ones... You get to see their reactions to the gifts and better when you see them actually use those gifts... I'd love to get gifts too but I am no longer that kid who gets gifts from everyone...

I like also giving gifts and surprises to my love ones.....for them to feel that they are important loved and appreciated.

I like giving gifts more than me being the recipient, though it is nice to receive gift once in a while. But the thing that appeals to me more about giving gifts is the fun in choosing the right gift and also seeing the reaction of the person whom I gave my gift to.

You're right! All of us wants to receive gifts especially from someone we love or someone who loves us. I am always excited to receive gifts, the feeling and anticipation to find what's inside the box is great! But I also love giving gifts, especially to kids, I love looking at their expression when they finally saw what's the gift they just received, make me want to give more gifts in the future.

Yes, it's true. we can not measure the happiness we feel whenever we received gifts. christmas is coming. it's time to prepare gifts to our love ones. thanks for sharing.
