My mom (60, retired) wants to earn extra money. Any tips from moms out there?

We all know how governments of countries reward citizens who worked most of their life when they retire. In my country, pension received by retired people is not enough to live decently. My mom is not good with computers. Any ideas, tips, or suggestions? Thanks!

My mom makes beauty soaps for fundraising for their church group. If you can find some seminars about soap making you should let your mom attend. I'm sure she'll enjoy. An alternative to soapmaking would be making chocolates. She can make lots of money out of them especially in peak seasons like Christmas or Valentines.

She could try an at home assembly job. She can assemble products for companies and they pay her by the box.

There are plenty of ways to earn online without having to know a lot about computers. In my opinion, article writing and discussing on forums such as MyLot could be one way to go. But you should also keep in mind that she can still learn, she is not so old, so she will have a big advantage if she learns a thing or two about computers now I think.

60 years old is still not old enough to stop earning... she can start nursing at home, watching over older people who couldn't help themselves.. keep them company and secure their everyday needs for a monthly fee. Tutorials with school kids is also an option, I have an aunt whose age is 52, she does tutorials to 6 kids in the block and earns extra income from this.
