What is mass pay on paypal ?

mass pay is option where you can make multiple payment at same time...the fees are paid by you and the payment receiver will not be charged for fees..for example if you send $1 to one guy and $1.5 to another guy using mass pay..they will receive exact amount mentioned for them and you will pay fees of it..mass payment is good when u send small amount of money like 10-80 cents..to make mass payment..write the user e-mail ids and amount in notepad and upload it in mass payment.
