Found some news from the internet. The incident happened around Christmas 1980s. A man was trying to jump off the empire state building. The man was Jason Hason, an unsuccesful artist, was trying to jump off 86th floor of the Empire state building. He was desperate about his carrer and life that he wanted to end it quickly. Unluckily for him, the wind was so strong that he was blown away to the 85th floor, where one of the worker found him snapped to the window.
