Where do I find a Monsters Inc. Boo Costume?

I looked everywhere, I know some Monsters Inc. costumes have been discontinued as of years ago, but does anyone know where I can find one that has not been preowned? I need one for a three year old that I might be taking trick or treating this year. I checked the disney store, I checked some costume stores online, and it would be too much of a hassle to even make it. Can someone pleeeaaasssseee help me out? Thanks.
