I want to START a Blog. Need more info....

I would like to have my own BLOG. And, with a facility to give free pdf to followers
able to get the visitor data. Must be easy to handle, set up. Which is the best way to start. can anyone shed some light on this.

try blogger if you don't want to pay for hosting, but if you have a few bucks a month you can try hosting it your self with wordpress software and the part is if you use blogger and make money you can then go self hosted with a wordpress site and the sotware will get you post for you from blogger

well those are the best though they are hundreds of ones like it number four is called typepad, but if you are hosting yourself you will want word press it's the internets best bloging software i fun my blog it never crashes and its easy to make it look the way you want.

Try blogger.com.There you can find everything you want:very easy set up,you can add your own meta tag,description and keywords,you can use HTML code ,a rich editor for your text...and so on.Maybe my answer will help you! Happy lotting!
