USA versus China. Who will be the winner?

I beg to differ. Well developing countries may display cosmetic shinny faces and stats on development but it would take another century, if not more, to reach out the benefits of development to the grass-root levels, who, most unfortunately, form the lion share of the population of those countries. So, they will continue to feed the developed nations their requirements for cheap and skilled/ semi-skilled man power. If anything that can reverse the scenario is Govt. policies/rules restricting outsourcing services. Competition will still prevail and will be limited within the developing countries only so far as it relates to man power delivery is concerned.
