Apicotomy

It's a surgery on your gums. They cut off a root of the tooth because the root canal didn't work. Although in my case I was sent by an orthodontist. Because there was a filling from a root canal that was in there too deep. And they have to cut open my gum and cut it out.

I think it is quite a common procedure. Definitely it will hurt but I feel that it should be done professionally since you are going to a doctor. I think it should be a minor surgery and correct dosage of jab will be inserted at the affected areas. Good luck. I have many minor surgery on my gum too while I was doing my braces. But thank god everything was nicely done =)
