Why did The Beatles break up?

well for me its because they want to do different things with their life. like making a solo and such. but the spark i think is yoko.

According to their legal documents, The Beatles was dissolved due to "irreconcilable musical and personal differences". I agree, this succinctly sums up the reasons why they broke up. In terms of music, they were individually going into various genres of experimentation which was acceptable for one, but not for the rest. John was more into the protest type of music, George was widely influenced by Indian music and mysticism...In their personal lives, each one has found a 'partner' that could relate to them personally and even musically. John had Yoko, Paul had Linda... They were just not functioning as one unit anymore.

the rumor was that Yoko , John Lennon's love was to blame but actually it was that they grew apart. They had been together about 15 years by 1970. It was just time. They were going all different directions. Now why they couldn't taken a break and then come back together, like Genesis, I don't know.

hmm.. many people said it just because John Lennon.. Why? As i know, john lennon's wife is a japanese and that mean john lennon must be go there (to japan) to meet her.. as you know, john lennon very love her.. and thats why the beatles broke up.. there is no time for john lennon to take a time with the beatles.. and as i know when the last concert all of them wasnt talk before for one of them and then he said "its our last concert" or you can listening they song "Let it be".. in that song you will know why the beatles broke up..
