Yes I am. I am naive about it until I walk-in to an unjust company. When i was inflicted by its lame system I cried for vengeance. So i and my friends did ask the legal personnel on this matter especially the DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. We are just starting the fight. Can you enlighten us with your experiences about code of labor laws? What are the basic laws should amateur worker must know?

First and foremost, you need to collect evidence. Without evidence do not do anything or say anything. It will be much harder. Observe your employee, record down your task, get some pictures of the incident. Get a friend you can trust. Get some prove.. anything. Then the labour department can help you. Be wise and be patient when you doing all these. Stay for several months or weeks, more before you re-act ?

I stayed over a year in that company hoping that they are going to do something with the recommendations from the employees. Yet, our expectation ended after they are creating grounds to throw to us. We are sending soft copies of letter only in that company. The only weight I have is the word from another complainant. What would you think will happen?
