I have some cash in my Webmoney account. Is there any way I can withdraw it here in the Philippines? How about transferring the money from Webmoney to Paypal? Please help!

from Webmoney to your bank account, can do with e-currency exchanger. eForexGold exchanger does that. go to e-forexgold.com
