Someone bought prepaid calling cards using Paypal account belongs to a friend of my.
How can it be? May be the password have been stollen, or Paypal account have been hacked.
What you think does change over password shall help?

Can your friend login to his or her account? If so, do it and change the password. Or, report to the PayPal security services and tell them about this problem.
