I do not smoke but in my office many people still smoking. Thats hardly annoying sometimes, especially in cold weather, windows are closed, smoke is all arround the rooms. I asked them why thay do not quit smoking, everyone know it is dangerous for them helth, but thay say thay are weak-willed. I saw many advertisement in internet for a green cigarettes, but what you think, what is the best way to quit smoking? If you have ever smoke then quit please answer.

In most of Europe smoking is no longer allowed in workplaces and public enclosed spaces (they haven't got round to banning smoking in private homes yet but it has been talked about!) I am surprised that, since Bulgaria is part of Europe, you don't have laws against it there. You should get together with other non-smokers and speak to your managers and the owners of the company. Second-hand smoke is as dangerous to health as smoking itself and your company should be aware that it could be legally liable to you, as a non-smoker, if you become ill with cancer, bronchitis and the many other smoking related diseases, even if it is some years later. Safety in the workplace is something that every employer should be very aware of because it could cost them a great deal of money!

You are half right because smoking really is no allowed in most workplaces. But sometime if the Boss smoke in the workplaces smoking is allowed. Yes we have laws agains smoking in public places but somtimes thay just dont observe. :) To live in Bugaria isnt quite easy.
