HI there sam, I too haven't verified my Paypal account yet, but I am planning to do so one of these days.. I don't think they will charge some transaction fee, however, you should check which online paying site you are using because some may charge but it won't be you who will shoulder the fee but it will be deducted to your earnings I guess.. By the way the reason why I haven't verified my paypal yet is because I haven't been able to earn from any of my sites so, and since I am close to my first payout here at myLot, then I would definitely do so.. welcome and happy myLotting!

there is some high fees if your account is unverified..however there is no fees for sending money but for receiving the fees rate are high for unverified member and there is $500 Limitation to your account after that you have to verify your account to remove the limitation.even to request check from paypal you still need to attach your bank account or credit card.

Hello. If you use Paypal for Neobux chashout por example, Paypal fee will be charged of your Neobux payout. I think you should verify you Paypal account it is not so hard. Just make a debit card fund them $3 then add in Paypal account. After 5 working days go in the bank and get transaction list. In the list will be wroten Paypal code. Put them in Paypal and you are done.

You can not send money untill you don't get verified. And if you want to receive a check then you should know that you must have a bank account and you have to verify your account with any bank or credit card and debit card. You can check out the transaction fee on any transaction on paypal site only.
