increasing pagerank

My blog is really quite a nightmare, you know. I've posted many posts and wished that the page rank will boost up. I check again this morning and still in zero. My blog has been registered to yahoo, google, and other search engines Do any of you have suggestions?? I've tried to build as many backlinks as I can (forums, mylot, etc.) but it doesn't seem to work. SEO might work, but it'll be a waste of time just to learn it. it's my dream to have my blog on the top at the google search engine...

Pagerank has many factors aside from the number of incoming links, like traffic. Are you getting enough traffic to your site? If not then that maybe the cause of your problem. Also increase in Pagerank usually happen in 2 to 3 months time. So just be patient and continue on with your link building campaign. Good luck!
