Well ... i accept it its a bad habit .. but it just does not go away ... infact it goes away and then again comes back ... Have tried nicotine gum but it some how it does not makes me give up smoking completely.. So this new alternative ... electronics cigarette ... Has anyone tried them ? If you have how are they effective ... what is the best brand ... is it safe ... Cost range .. Thanks
