Pending Tasks

Some of the task creaters are not paying properly, I have four tasks which are completed long back are still pending to get paid. Mylot tasks are most easy way to make money, but because of few task creaters like this it is getting very difficult to select a task. Dear Mylotter please check wether the task creater has good track records or not before participating in mylot tasks.

There are some types of tasks which are not allowed here and are removed by admin. If the tasks that you completed were in any of these categories ( a sign-up task for example ) then it could have been deleted after you completed it and then you would not receive your reward.

I am only back part time at the moment and will be absent again for at least two weeks, possibly with no internet like the last time.

Hi, mysD, I knew you know about tasks, too.
I've already told you I'm glad you're back, maybe you can help me with my tasks.
I wonder if you remember how the FAQs looked two months ago.
I've already started a discussion about this issue, but I couldn't find anybody who remembers if there was any limit to the number of tasks anyone should complete.
Do you remember?

Thanks for your guidance Mysdianait, I havn't read the FAQ related to tasks. Probably this may be the reason. Anyhow I leant something now. Thanks again for your help.

Actually, I am not sure what is going on with the tasks lately. I have one task that has been pending for 9 months now, but it is not from a well-known task creator, so I might just have to write that one off as a "live and learn" experience. I do have two that have been pending for a few months by an otherwise "legitimate and proven" task creator, so I am not sure what is going on there, especially since this person has posted more of the same sort of tasks that I completed (which I would think would mean that they are "valid" tasks) without approving or denying the ones that I completed.

You have tasks by Sharonbucks pending for so long?
Gosh that does surprise me. I have never completed any of her tasks but I was under the impression that they were rewarded or rejected pretty quickly

Task pending for approval more than 9 months?! I don't think you will get paid for that. Task creator has to deposit money before he creates the tasks, so the money is already with Mylot but I don't know why the task creator makes such delay in approving the tasks.

Shabarigirish - I have no idea why a task would be pending for so long. I have contacted Admin about it a few times, and it is still pending. The task creator has not logged in for several months, either, so I don't know whether or not myLot could just approve the task and give me the reward if the funds are still available.
MysD - I had always heard the same thing about SharonBucks tasks. In fact, we have gotten several alerts from myLot regarding her tasks, which would suggest that they not only are reliable but also are supported by myLot. Still, I have not gotten approved (or denied) for these tasks even after contacting myLot about them still having a status of "pending" after a couple of months ... I think they were pending for two months when I contacted myLot about them.

I think this is due to the reason that some creators pay after the time of the task has been expired like in 1 week or a month. A example is there are currently 4 tasks in there which are there for a long time. I also have a pending task which is 2 comments+ follow blog and this task is expiring in 1 week and i think then i will get my reward.

Out of my four pending tasks, one is wat you mentioned. hope he pays us :)
I dont know this one also againt the Mylot terms and conditions for creating the tasks.
