Do you think Jogging is an Ideal Sport ?

I think jogging is an ideal sport lies in the fact that it is a mild sport. Unlike some sports, such as football and cricket, during which one may easily get hurt, jogging is very safe and especially suitable for those who are not so robust, you may feel exhausted after running because the energy in your body is released too fast, but after jogging you will just feel OK. Do you have any experience of it? What's your opinion on this sport?

Running or jogging comes under athlete structure... This cannot be considered as a sport like cricket .. Jogging is a better exercise i accept with it, it requires a mild action and it almost solves all of the health related issues and problems.. Sports are extremely different where u play throughout the day or play for 5 consecutive days!! A Cricketer can be an athlete but an athlete cannot be a proper cricketer !! Comparing both is not a good idea i think !! but i do support both forms.. jogging is very necessary and very essential !

Jogging is a fantastic cardiovascular exercise with many physical benefits. It may strengthen your heart, improve your overall endurance, lower your blood pressure. Jogging also improve our moods, it is often associated with a condition called the runner top. People experience the feeling of euphoria during long distance jogging trails.

Yes, I agree with what you said. Jogging has many benefits for us. Besides, it has no limit of time or space. We can jog whenever and whereever we want.

I don't know if jogging is a kind of sport. What I know is that jogging is a kind of exercise... I never remember if jogging is a sport. There is no such sport in olympic games

I believe that jogging is a very worthwhile sport. it is very relaxing and enjoyable. the health benefits are more than enough to make it enjoyable.

Jogging can be an excellent sport for weight loss and cardio exercising. However, one must learn the fundamentals of jogging as too much strain can be immersed on the knee joints which can be very hazardous to ones health. I would suggest to anyone to consult a doctor and or research the sports fundamentals first as it is know to be very straining on ones joint stability. I think jogging is a good sport for most of us. It's easy to do, cost less, and healthy to our body. So, I 100% support people doing this exercise. Sadly, I don't do jogging often. I think people in other countries like to do it more. In my country, there is fewer people do so. Quite weird.

Hello there! I think that jogging is a great activity to do. It helps you lose weight and at the same time, it strengthens your body and keeps you healthy. It is also a great activity to do with your family and friends. Though it is quite tiring, you actually feel great after jogging. You feel alive and so energetic. I used to jog in high school every morning with my dad and sister and that was really helpful because I lost a lot of weight. I want to go jogging again when I am not busy.

Hi, If I were to be given an opportunity to choose my desired sport or exercise, I'd definately opt for jogging. Why is it so you may ask.Well for one thing,jogging cannot be categorized as just another sports activity.It's one of the excellent cardiovascular workout known to man. It's simplicity makes it popular and fits perfectly in anyone's busy schedule. Of course,we don't need to spend alot either.Perhaps a little on some sports attire and sneakers. I jog everyday unless it rains.Makes me feel good,energetic and alive. It's tiring if you're a beginner but once you get the hold of it, I assure you things will be better.

i agree with your opinion that jogging is an ideal sport. though it is very simple but it gives us a lot of benefits. i like jogging coz it does not cost a thing. you just walking and you ll be healthy all the time. though this sport just rely on the activity of walk, but it can burn fay and calories, make your heart strong and keep your body fit. i love this sport...

Jogging is good for losing weight, but it can be hard on the knees, especially if you do not have the correct shoes or always jog on hard concrete. Regular joggers must pay attention to the health of their knees!

I used to like jogging a lot. it helps your body to sweat a lot and keeps you fit all day. But, to build muscle, I don't recommend that. Going to gyms maybe solved your question...

I personally don't like jogging! I love to keep fit and my favourite pastime is cycling and swimming which I do on a regular basis. I think that regular jogging can be detrimental to the joints over time! I also find jogging boring! The closest thing I've got to jogging is a simulator machine within my home and this simulates walking as well as jogging but there is no impact on the knee joints whatsoever, it's actually an elliptical exercise machine. That's the good thing about exercise these days, there are so many different sports and activities that you can choose from. I think it's important to have a balance as with anything. I do my cycling on a daily basis and I swim three times per week. I think that I do more than enough with these two activities. Andrew

Jogging is always good for us. Because if we always going for jogging in the morning then we can loose our fat very quickly. And also jogging is good for those peoples who are face the problem of diabetes. Yes it controls diabetes if they go regular for jogging. Si likes to go for jogging in every morning.

Hello! I think that jogging is a real sport. As any other sport you need a lot of time an dpractice to get better at it, and if you are commited you can see the benefits. I stoped jogging 32 month ago because the person who accompanied me had to leave town, but as soon as i convince someone to join "my group of two" i will start again

It's not for me. I suppose it's because I haven't got much endurance or patience. I've tried it many times and I get bored of it. I prefer more exciting sports that you can do with other people. It's hard to stay motivated by yourself, easier when there are other people and you can have fun and motivate each other. Also with some sports you can get your stress out because they are a big rougher and that improves your mood.
