It seems although the cooler weather is here, my daughter is still suffereing from pollen and grasses allergies. What are you allergic to? is it life threatening? how do you treat your allergies?

Dust, certain flowers. Pollen is a pain in the behind for me, as I hate summer periods especially after the grass as been cut. Luckily food wise I don't have any or at least I've never become aware of it. I feel sorry for people who have issues with nuts, as it's hard to find products that are nut free.

I am allergic to sea foods, but even though i am, i still eat because it is delicious...and every time i eat like shrimp or lobster i would definitely be brought to emergency room, i know it's dangerous for me coz it came to a point where i can't breath and my face and whole body gets swollen and it happened not just only once twice or trice but i can't really resist eating it.

I am allergic to all the usual stuff like pollen, mold, dust...I usually take an over the counter medication, mostly in the spring, but throughout the year as well. Allergies can just get so annoying and irritating, not to mention downright miserable.

I do. Whenever I eat crabs or shrimps, I get a little itchy afterwards and my face is like morphing into a pulp. LOL. But I still eat crabs and shrimps because they really taste good. I treat them by drinking the medicine cold claritin. It's an anti allergy meds and helps you calm in a way.

Yeah I have a few allergies. It is nothing rather life threatening, just some annoyances. Certain things in the air can make me sneeze and my eyes water. Again, it is just something that I really have to live with. Of course, living with something, does not really change the fact that is it an exercise of frustration and agony to say the very least. I think that perhaps the worst allergy is that every time I get stung by a bee, I tend to swell up a little bit. I remember one time when I got stung in the mouth when I was walking outside. Its not as fatal as some and when I just put some ice on the swelling it will go down and life goes on. Still, I tend to steer clear from bees when I can. Of course, they tend to stalk me outside and it can be annoying.

Yes, I have several allergies in fact. One is allergic rhinitis especially during weather changes such as the wet season when rain pours in and molds appear almost everywhere. Another one is rashes. I get those when I touch something that isnt compatible with my body(I think). Allergy is not life threatening when you know how to avoid it. Consult a doctor Ms. Cher that is a better way to know what things should be avoided or medications that are safe for a child to take when she is suffering from said allergies. Sometimes some contents of a chocolate may cause me to scratch much.

Mold, ragweed, dust mites (first two are seasonal, the one is all the time). Medication: generic cetirizine HCI tablets, 10 mg (Zyrtec) available over the counter now for like $1 or 2 per pill

Yes, I am allergic to seafoods and pollen and grasses too. If it spread all over mu body and looks like unusual i always consult to a dermatologist then some cream and lotion they will recommend.. But if it looks like usual thing doesnt spread all over my body and I dont feel anything hassle on my breath i just took 1 teaspoon of sugar a a bar of chocolate, and a few hours after it will subsides. I dont know if it will work with your daughter coz as what other says, too much sweet may cause allergies too which totally opposite on me.. Better consult to the doctor for safety prescription..

I don't think I am allergic to anything. I can eat whatever I want or be in contact with whatever I want. But of course I know very much people who are allergic to one or more things so I am happy I am not allergic as this is no fun.
