Hi Friends, Library - place for the people who keeps silence to read. Library - place where we get more knowledge. Library - place where we build our self learning capacity. Library - place where we learn to read. There are many qualities which library had inbuilt in it. How many of you visit library regularly? I am not a good reader. So, from school days onwards I don't visit library often.

I go there once a week most of the time. I will read 6 to 8 books a week and there is no other way I could afford this habit without the library.

I love going to the library. I used to go every week or every other week; I love reading and browsing stuff at the library. I recently moved to new city and have been kind of busy, and haven't been able to find the library here. Now that I've seen this discussion, it's reminded me to look for it, so thanks! lol

The good thing about libraries is that you need not need to buy books to read them and that is one of the reason I am happy visiting libraries.

I go pretty regularly. The library is the only way I can feed my addiction because the books there are free.

Yeah most of the libraries are free, but some private libraries as much as 10% of the original cost to lend the books for reading in our place.

If it is free, all humans have the same tendency to have one. right?

hi arunmails for 23 years I worked in our local library and of c ourse i read like a fiend. books can take you places you might never have the money to afford to travel too.I visit the library quite often here in Gold Crest and enjoy reading so much. You need to really get into the habit of reading as its really a lot of fun and also you can learn new things every day while you enjoy a good book.learn to like reading and forget your peers who may make fun of you as reading is a great skill to have. You can also have fun reading in your local library and you will begin to enjoy yourself.

I haven't been to the library in a very long time... but only because I have bought so many books that I haven't needed to. Beforehand when I didn't have any money or any books, then I would go to the library to find myself all sorts of good reads. I can't live without a book to read! If I don't have a book to read then I feel lost. That's why the library is such a great place! I often visit the school library when I need to do a research project. I actually find books there a whole heck of a lot more helpful than the internet when I'm doing research. Last research project I did was on French Art and Architecture in the 1600s. It was a group project and I had three other teammates. I went to the library and found a wonderfully specific book all about French Architecture in the 1600s, and wrote a nice long paper. My teammates all just used the internet, and couldn't find hardly anything helpful! They all scraped together rambling papers barely the minimum page length. They should have gone to the library with me. lol

I do visit library once a week. I think visiting library helps us not spend less money on purchasing books. The books here are very costly and library helps me to spend less money on the books. I think it is great to have libraries where we can go and spend some time and also take books home.

I do visit the library regularly. I volunteer in the library at my son's elementary school once a week. It is fun to be around the kids enjoying books and I enjoy looking through the books myself. I love to be around books!

I do go to the library once in a while, but not as often as I used to. There is a public library not too far from where I live. It is an excellent library holding excellent collection of books and magazines. It is very nice to sit down in the reading room and relax over the weekends when I have some time.

When I was still in school, yes, I do visit the library regularly. I would need to look for books to help me answer my homework. I also use the library to sleep.LOL At the time, the library does not have air conditioning so there were still few people visiting the 3rd floor. I would be at the table where I always work at and sleep for a few minutes. Aside from sleeping, I would surf the net there too. We have a Student Internet Center at the ground floor but the whole library has wifi so when I was able to bring my laptop with me, Id surf the net on my usual table on the 3rd floor. There were also times when Id just go to the library to pass the time waiting for my next class.^_^

Yes, I did, and I will. I like reading in the library as it is silent and many books are the options. Also, I can write some papers and do my homeworks with high efficiency when I sit at the library. These are the reasons I love library so much.

With budget cuts and long wait times for new releases I don't find myself visiting the library too much. I really like to own my books because I tend to stick with my favorite authors and those are things I'd like to have as a 'set'. As far as school goes, I buy all my books for class and when research is necessary, I use the school's online databases. I lov elibraries though and wish I had more reason and that it was easier to use them.

I love to read and I've been a reader ever since I was a child. However, I don't visit the library on a regular basis for a variety of reasons. The biggest reason that I don't go to the library on a regular basis is because of the fact that I've always got my son with me and there is no way that he can be quiet when asked of him. In addition to that, I have a difficult time with returning the books on time so I prefer to occasionally visit the book store and buy a few books for myself. I always eventually re-read the books that I've bought.
